Estate agent trainer Michael Day of Integra Property Services is celebrating more than 2.1 million views of a live performance of his original song Please Don’t Go, recorded for The Narrowboat Sessions on Facebook.

Day, well known in the property industry for his training and consultancy work with estate agencies across the UK, has combined his professional career with a growing presence as a singer-songwriter.

The milestone relates to a live recording of Please Don’t Go, the closing track from his latest album Prodigal Son.

The live version, filmed for The Narrowboat Sessions and shared via Facebook, has now surpassed 2.1 million views.

STREAMING SUCCESS

The full studio production of the track, featured on the album, has also been streamed more than 8,000 times across digital platforms.

Prodigal Son is Day’s all-original album, featuring 13 tracks – 12 studio recordings and a live version of the title track. The album is available via Bandcamp in both digital download and CD formats.

Not all tracks from the album are available as individual streams on major platforms, with some reserved exclusively for those purchasing the full album.

The physical CD is presented as a four-panel digipack and includes a 16-page lyric booklet.

In a message to supporters, Day said: “2.1 million plus thank yous!!!”

He added: “Thank you for your support.”
