FREE Webinar for estate agency business owners

Are you the owner of an independent estate agency business?

If yes, I’m inviting you to a free webinar on Thursday 17th September at 12.30pm — and I’ll get straight to why I think it’s worth an hour of your time.

Three pressures are converging on independent agency owners right now.

(1) Employment costs are rising. (2) The Renters’ Rights Act is squeezing lettings income, and the broader legislative direction is adding cost at every turn. (3) Rightmove and the portals? They still own your leads — while charging you for the privilege!

None of this is news to you. But here’s what is changing: AI is the lever that could shift all three — not in theory, but in practice, in your business.

The problem is that most agency owners who’ve looked at AI have either bought something and not used it, or been sold a platform they don’t trust, by someone who has a very obvious reason to sell it.

That’s what this webinar is about — and what we’re building to address it.

What we’re creating is a peer collective for independent non-competing UK estate agency owners.

Not a training course. Not a software platform. A room of non-competing owners who implement one thing at a time, together, and hold each other to it — with someone alongside them who has no software to sell.

The model draws on something already operating successfully in the USA. Before you decide to invest an hour of your time, I’d encourage you to take a look at the Independent Brokers Collective: https://www.ibcollective.ai/

The language on this website is, of course, American, and the market is a little different, but the principles are directly transferable.

In particular, take a look at the way they’ve structured their approach — agnostic on tools, and built around three core tiers: peer-to-peer, one-to-one, and outsourced managed delivery. That’s the architecture we’re translating for UK independent agency owners.

We will be mirroring the US model: a do-it-yourself option – a low-cost school/community with reviews of third-party providers and exact workflows to implement yourself; a done-with-you option – working through it together as a collective; and a done-for-you option – a tool-agnostic agency service that audits your exact workflows and designs a plan specifically for you.

The collective will give you the peer accountability to make change stick. It’s not about knowing AI is important — you already know that. It’s about actually getting it installed and used.

To register your interest in the webinar, simply email [email protected] stating that you would like to join us.

We’ll send joining details ahead of the session. Numbers will be managed — this is for owners who are ready to do something, not just watch.

We very much hope you’ll join us.
