Michael Day has written and recorded a Christmas song with all monies raised (after platform fees) going to two charities – Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust.
The original song – entitled Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year – was recorded at Long Dog studios and produced by Piers Nolan.
The song title alone should hopefully guarantee it being on everyone’s lips over the weeks ahead!!!
You can listen to the song for free on Bandcamp (link below) and it is aslo available on all the major streaming channels.

It is hoped that the song will both raise awareness and significant funds for the two charities.
Michael already has a number of other original songs recorded and available across the twenty-three streaming channels including Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Deezer, TikTok, Instagram, You Tube and others but this is something different as all monies raised (after Bandcamp platform costs) will be shared equally between Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust.
The song has a message of remembering those that may need help and sharing some joy and kindness at this important time of year.
Michael said: “Both charities are close to my heart – I have been a type one diabetic for over 35 years and have raised around £8000 for Diabetes UK in the last three years. Diabetes undoubtedly contributed to me requiring a triple heart by-pass in 2021. I am also a Director and Trustee at The Propertymark Trust which supports members of Propertymark, their families and employees with hardship grants and educational grants and bursaries.
Property Industry charity Agents Giving are also kindly supporting by promoting my fundraising activities and there has been excellent property trade press coverage across The Negotiator, Property Industry Eye, Kerfuffle, Estate Agent Today and Today’s Conveyancer.
