Integra Activity

The early part of 2026 has seen me in much personal demand as an interviewee by various property trade publications, largely as a result of having achieved the milestone of completing fifty years in the industry  on 29th December 2025.

Interview articles appeared in Estate Agent Today, Property Industry Eye, Property Soup, and Todays Conveyancer.

I have also been a guest on various industry podcasts – Real Estate Rewired – The Estate Agency Consultancy and Today’s Conveyancer.

Fifty years in one profession is obviously a rarity and there has been enormous change during that time and so there was a lot to cover.

Whilst it is always interesting to  look back, I have always been more interested in looking forward and my involvement with various technology platforms and the conveyancing sector has given me a good insight into both the issues of the home buying and selling process but also to potential improvements that can be implemented.

In terms of Integra business, the main activities have revolved around training and mentoring. I continue to deliver open compliance courses but the back end of 2025 and beginning of 2026 has seen me deliver many courses for individual clients including two bespoke sales training sessions for all of the weekend staff of one client. These were delivered on a Saturday and extremely well received by both those attending and the company for who I acted.

My involvement with two industry charities/charitable foundations has continued and I have been involved at the Propertymark Trust in the appointment of new Trustees and Ambassadors as well as interviews for the next intake of our educational bursary programme – The Class of 26.

Agents Together continues to do good work matching mentees with suitable mentors to help them be the best they can be, see the wood from the trees and build confidence and resilience to take on the challenges that lie ahead for everyone.

I recently became a Strategic Adviser to “Property Discovery App” – Homing IN. I am currently assisting with raising the profile and engagement. A TV advertising campaign is about to launch as I write.

I’m not able to announce any details as yet but I am currently in discussions with a couple of other PropTech operators and an operator in the conveyancing space – watch this space to see what develops!
