It’s not the same for everyone on Christmas Day

Following the success of his song, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in 2025,  Integra Property Services’ Managing Director has written and recorded another Christmas song with all monies raised (after platform fees) going to two charities – Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust.

The original song – entitled It’s not the same for everyone on Christmas Day – was recorded at Long Dog studios and produced by Piers Nolan – it will have its official release on Saturday 14th November

You can listen to the song on Bandcamp and it will also be available on all the major streaming channels from December 1st.

A small donation of just £3 or more (although no maximum!) will enable you to download – please also share and encourage family, friends and work colleagues and contacts to do likewise. As the song says Spread joy and love on Christmas Day!

It is hoped that the song will both raise awareness and significant funds for the two charities.

Michael has also created an accompanying video which is being shown at a number of events and live performances during the festive period and can be seen on his You Tube channel here:

Michael released an album – Prodigal Son – earlier in 2026 and this can be purchased in CD or digital download format from his Bandcamp page. He also has many other original songs available to stream on all of the streaming channels including Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Deezer, TikTok, Instagram, You Tube and others.

Michael stresses though that the Christmas single is something different and urges people to go to the Bandcamp page as all monies raised (after platform costs) will be shared equally between Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust.

The song has a message of remembering those in need and sharing some joy and kindness at this important time of year.

Michael said: “Both charities are close to my heart – I have been a type one diabetic for over 35 years and have raised approaching £10000 for Diabetes UK in the last three years. Diabetes undoubtedly contributed to me requiring a triple heart by-pass in 2021. I am also a Director and Trustee at The Propertymark Trust which supports members of Propertymark, their families and employees with hardship and educational grants and bursaries.

Property Industry charity Agents Giving are also kindly supporting by promoting my fundraising activities. Last years song won their Creative Fundraising Champion Award.”

The song can be listened to and a donation to download made on Bandcamp here:
