A webinar on improving the home buying and selling process has been hailed as a great success by Eddie Goldsmith, Founder and CEO of YouConvey.
Delivered by well-known industry figure Michael Day of Integra Property Services, the well-attended webinar, entitled “Supercharge your sales pipeline” was aimed at estate agents and set out how they could improve their sales results through adopting a more holistic approach to setting up and managing sales transactions.
Michael, who is also a participatory member of the Home Buying and Selling Council discussed the need to get conveyancers engaged earlier in the process and to better hand hold sellers and buyers through the process, an element that is at the very core of the YouConvey offering.
With experience drawn on fifty years in the industry and having set up and run both estate agency and conveyancing operations, Michael provided both an educational approach as well as strategic insight and practical ideas as to how the agents attending could improve their operations to secure more business, speed up transactions and reduce abortive work, thereby improving revenues and profits and delivering better outcomes for customers and clients.
With the Government currently consulting on the provision of material information and looking at ideas such as reservation agreements, home condition reports, mandatory qualifications for agents etc the timing of the webinar was perfect to help shape the thinking and planning going forward.
