Integra activity - An update on various projects that I have been handling recently.

Following a manic first few months of the year delivering dozens of training courses on GDPR, AML and CPR, the pace of life has returned to normal in recent weeks allowing time to get around to the launch of two new services - the Letting Health Check and a highly targeted marketing service utilising social media advertising.

The Lettings Health Check is a detailed examination of a lettings business from both a compliance and commerciality viewpoint that results in a prescription for a successful future based on a clear business plan for improvement. The service involves a full day site visit, desktop research and a written report on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats together with a format for putting together a business plan for success. More information here:

The social media marketing service is being launched in conjunction with Gavin Nathan, with whom I ran traceWiseUK, and involves identifying target audiences and using the incredible power and information held within social media to reach that audience quickly and effectively. Video, landing pages and chat bots are all featured within the four tiers of service being offered. Crucially, the ability to monitor responses and ROI is a key feature.

Training wise I have been running programmes for individual companies – my next open AML/CPR course will be in London on 12th September – bookings are being taken now – click here:

In May I attended the Property Press Awards at City Hall. I was honoured to again be a judge for these awards and it was good to catch up with many of the great and good from the industry on the evening.

On the subject of judging, I have recently completed judging for the LFS Conveyancing Awards and look forward to the conference and awards night in Birmingham in September.

In June I was delighted to attend the LonRes Summer Party and awards night in Central London. A splendid evening took place in Belgrave Square Gardens and it was an excellent opportunity to catch up with many clients, friends and contacts.

Also in June, I was invited by Sam Zawadzki to take part in a video interview on the future of estate agency. The conversation flowed and you can see the result and my views here:

In early July I attended a meeting at the Royal United Services Club in Whitehall about Money Laundering and the London Property Market. The meeting followed research which I had contributed to and provided a number of insights into how the industry was viewing and coping with compliance. It also provided information on the 5th Money Laundering Directive which has now been passed in Europe and which should become law in the UK within 18 months.

I continue to provide mentoring of managers on a monthly basis for a number of clients and also social media, website and newsletter content for several businesses.

I am currently working on a number of acquisition projects for non-conflicting clients who see opportunities for growth in today’s challenging market conditions.

I am also working with the board of an established business to develop new markets for their services and on a rebranding project for another established client.

Finally, I am often engaged by start-up companies or new ventures to help them launch to market. At the moment I am working with perhaps the most exciting venture I have ever been involved with and, if everything goes to plan, it could be game changing platform for the property and other industries.
