Integra Activity

It has been a busy time at Integra Towers since my last Communique newsletter with a range of client focused activities as well as some ego-stroking recognition from the industry for the work I undertake.

On the recognition front, I was rated as Exceptional at the EA Masters for the sixth year in succession and secured my third EA Masters Bronze award as an industry supplier.

I was also a shortlisted finalist in the Supplier of the Year (Professional Support category) at The Negotiator Awards.

Recently I have undertaken a couple of lettings health checks for clients looking at their existing operations, identifying areas for improvement in terms of mandatory compliance, good business practice and commerciality.

I have increased my PR activities considerably during the year and now work with ten companies (estate agents and industry suppliers) producing regular newsworthy articles for use in the trade and other press, social media channels, database marketing etc.

I continue to manage the social media accounts of around twenty businesses and post daily content across their chosen channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram – as well as posting to their websites and, in some cases, producing e-newsletters for distribution to their own databases.

As  the year moved towards a close, I have also been working with several clients on their business plans for 2023, setting objectives, organising budgets, planning actions and setting up ways of monitoring, agreeing KPIs and an ongoing review process. People don’t plan to fail but often fail to plan. Don’t be a person going nowhere, as they usually get there!

Delivering training accounts for around 40% of my business activities and it has been good recently on a couple of occasions to move away from the computer and Zoom or Teams and actually get into rooms with real people. Online or face to face both work well and I am flexible enough to be able to accommodate both.

In October I attended the Propertymark Qualification Awards and enjoyed seeing up and coming professionals in the industry get recognised. An excellent evening of networking also took place.

Also in October I was delighted to be invited to do a "key influencer" podcast interview ith David Mintz of Kerfuffle. You can listen here:

Following catching up with a number of people at the awards event, in November I was appointed by Propertymark (NAEA and ARLA) as one of their industry trainers and I will be delivering a number of courses for them and their members in 2023.

As this will be my last communique of 2022, it seems appropriate to give a quick overview of the year through some key numbers.

I worked with over 100 businesses during 2022 and helped them steer their way through increasingly choppy waters. I shall be looking to do the same in 2023.

2022 also saw me achieve the milestone of having worked with over 1300 clients since founding Integra in 2003.

I delivered over 70 sales skills and compliance training courses to over 1000 delegates during the year, both as open courses and for individual businesses.

All of the dates for my open courses in 2023 are on my website and taking bookings now. You can find them here:

Finally, thank you for your support and I hope there will be opportunities to work with you in 2023.
