Integra Activity

My training activities continue to grow and this summer saw me organise a number of additional compliance courses in order to meet demand.

I run regular sales skills and compliance sessions and, this autumn I am launching a new session covering all core legislation and regulation in the estate agency sector. Running on 12th October this programme will be ideal for new starters, support staff and those in need of a general refresher.

Dates and times for all open courses can be found and booked via the website.

My Mind Your Own Business five session management programme is only run on a bespoke basis and tailored to meet the needs of each organisation.

I am now running a growing number of courses for individual companies and I shall be delighted to discuss your requirements and provide a bespoke proposal for you.

In August I attended two client offices in London and undertook compliance audits. My practical, pragmatic and commercial approach proving popular.

I continue to provide several businesses with content for social media, websites and newsletters and carry out PR activities utilising my writing skills and my extensive contacts within the trade press.

In August I had two articles published by Property Industry Eye on the need for businesses to review their operations and be disciplined in their business planning. These were well received by the target audience and can be viewed on my website and via the September Communique newsletter.

Having worked with some of my client base for many years it has been pleasing to have helped a number of organisations secure successful exits having improved the performance, revenues and profitability of their businesses.

On a personal level I often lose a client in these situations as the new acquirer (usually a bigger organisation) often has existing resources and chooses not to continue with my services but I still take great pride in having helped my clients maximise the fruits of their labour.

My involvement with teclet continues and we are rapidly developing and growing as part of the OnTheMarket Group.

I am also a member of the advisory board at Coadjute and it is great to see considerable traction happening with their distributed ledger network which is joining up the sales, conveyancing and finance elements of the house purchase process.

Speeding up and creating less friction in the house buying process are key aims of the Home Buying & Selling Group, of which I am a member, and there are signs of real progress with all stakeholders across the industry focused on improvement.

My work as a Founder Member and volunteer mentor at the charitable foundation Agents Together continues and we have just passed the milestone of having provided over 600 mentorships to individuals since forming a little over two years ago.

Finally, I was delighted to have been appointed Chairman of the Members at the QED educational trust which looks after three academies in Hillingdon.
