Integra Activity

The last few months have seen my decision earlier in the year to restructure my training courses into “bite size” pieces and deliver online really come to the fore and bookings have steadily increased month on month.

The investment in being able to book and pay online via my website has streamlined processes and is operating extremely efficiently. Thank you to Jon at The Property Jungle for his work and to both PHPJabbers and Stripe for the platforms.

As well as delivering lots of “open delegate” sessions, I have increasingly been booked to deliver courses for specific businesses. Online delivery has totally removed geographical constraints and costs and I already have over eighteen training sessions booked in January and February including businesses in Devon and Cornwall, Leicestershire, Surrey and Central London.

I ran a session on Money Laundering compliance in November that had 92 delegates. I had to adjust my approach to manage question handling but it was a great success and they have booked another session on GDPR with me for February.

My visits to businesses have obviously been curtailed but I still managed to conduct various compliance audits and individual mentoring sessions for clients during the last quarter although these were more sporadic than normal and took place under covid protocols.

I have continued to be “in demand” as a guest on various webinars and podcasts including for EyeSpy 360, Agents Together and Conveyancing Matters and have session booked with Property Tribes and the Surveyors Podcast in January.

I have also recently completed a number of interview videos with Christopher Watkin that will be released early in 2021.

All videos etc can be found on the video wall of my website at https://www.integra-ps.com/video.html

December 29th sees me complete 45 years in the industry (I started when I was three!) and I have provided an interview to The Negotiator which will hopefully be published in the coming days.

My involvement as a NED with teclet continues to be exciting and we have enjoyed an excellent year of growth and development. Our new CRM platform is going live as I write and we have many game changing integrations and new products that will be live in the new year.

Finally, I continue to be actively involved with Agents Together, the charitable foundation that is supporting well being through its two pillars of healthy individuals and healthy businesses. In our first six months we have, through our 135 volunteer mentors set up 203 mentorships and delivered 1897 hours of mentoring.  We have also provided 1026 hours of helpful video content and grown our support network on social media to over 2600 individuals.
