Michael Day appointed as a Trustee for the Propertymark Trust

The Propertymark Trust is the registered charity of Propertymark, set up to provide help and support to members, their families and the Propertymark staff.

The trust wants to ensure that anyone wishing to become a property professional and join Propertymark is able to do so, and in the event of financial hardship the trust can provide financial support to new members.

The trust exists to provide confidential support where it is needed most, typically in times of hardship which could be due to mental or physical illness or financial hardship. It can also allocate educational grants where assistance is needed to help members become better qualified.

The trust recognises that it takes courage to ask for help, that’s why all applications are dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Integra Managing Director Michael Day, who is a Fellow of Propertymark NAEA and ARLA, has been appointed as a Trustee of The Propertymark Trust and said:

“I am delighted and honoured to have been appointed as a Trustee of the Propertymark Trust.

As a huge advocate of the view that you can have anything you want in life if you just help enough other people achieve what they want, I have always dedicated time to charitable activity, including within the property sector that has given me so much during my long and successful career.

I therefore look forward to working with the other trustees, ambassadors and members on delivering on the aims of the Trust in supporting members in areas such as well being and mental health, education, personal development and financial hardship.”
