Integra Activity

There has been a significant step up in business activity in recent weeks undoubtedly coinciding with the passing on the Renters Rights Act, now Money Laundering requirements around risk assessments as well as moving rapidly towards the end of 2025 and the need for business plans to be in place ahead of 2026.

Training courses (particularly compliance) have been well attended and a number of bespoke sessions for individual companies have also taken place or are booked and diarised.

A number of individual one to one mentoring sessions have been taking place with negotiators at businesses who recognise the value of sales skills being imparted in this way – a little and often approach that works closely with the individual in developing knowledge and skills and monitors improvements to ensure good progress being made.

At the time of writing there are just four open courses remaining available in 2025 – all dates for 2026 are on the website and booking now.

In October I delivered a webinar for my good client YouConvey about how to “supercharge” your sales pipeline – the session looked at how engaging the conveyancer at the earliest stage in the process and taking a holistic approach from start to finish, can shorten transaction times, reduce abortive work, increase revenues and profits and improve customer satisfaction.

I am currently in discussions with two very interesting PropTech businesses where I expect to be taking an active role in their future plans. I can’t say more at this juncture but, watch this space!

It is the awards season in the property world and on 7th November I had the pleasure of attending the first The Voice of the Agent conference at Bletchley Park. An excellent day with great speakers, excellent content, data and insights that everyone in attendance could take away and utilise. Well done to Simon and Emily Leadbetter, Toby Martin and the We Are Unchained team on this valuable addition to the conference calendar.

On the 4th November the EA Masters Awards took place in London. Whilst Integra didn’t win an award for 2026 (we have previously won three Bronze and one Silver award) I hope that we maintained our record of being rated as Exceptional (in the top 5% of suppliers) when these are announced shortly. We have achieved this rating (based entirely on feedback from clients)  every year from 2018 to date.

The 28th November will see The Negotiator conference and awards in London. As I have been for a number of years, I am a judge for the awards and I look forward to seeing the winners collect their trophies on the night at the Grosvenor House in Mayfair.

Integra have once again been shortlisted for an award in the Professional Services category – we won Bronze in 2021 and, of course, I was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.

Finally, my diary is booking nicely for 2026. If you’d like to discuss how I can help your business, please give me a call or drop me an email and we can discuss your requirements in confidence.
