Apply to join the class of 25!

Michael Day is a Director and Trustee of The Propertymark Trust and chairs the Education and Applications group.

One of the core objectives of the Propertymark Trust is the promotion of, and support for, those seeking to obtain Propertymark qualifications.

Educational grants for those unable to meet the financial cost of obtaining qualifications have been at the heart of The Trust’s activities.

Now a new initiative has been launched with a series of scholarships being given to those that apply before January 31st 2025.

A strictly limited number of scholarships for 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the costs of learning materials, Propertymark membership and examination fees are now available and potential scholars are invited to apply for funding by completing the straightforward application form which includes a requirement to state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management.

Chair of the Education and Applications Group at the Propertymark Trust, Michael Day said:  “This is a fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.

Applications for scholarships must be received by the end of January 2025 and Trustees will meet and select those who are successful during February.

As an added bonus, any scholar successfully completing the Level 3 qualification by the end of August 2025 will be given a FREE invite to the next Propertymark Trust PropX event that will take place next autumn.”
