Business Mentoring & Consulting & Fractional Operations Director Service
Managing Director Michael Day is recognised as a leading figure in the property industry and he provides business mentoring, consultancy and project management services to businesses large and small across the property sector. This service is also now formalised into a Fractional Operations Director service.
What is a Fractional Operations Director?
Fractional C-Suite level input to help you drive your business forward, challenging and holding you to account.
How does it work?
Michael will spend a minimum of one day per month (to be agreed) working directly with you and your team, providing strategic and organisational direction, mentoring and coaching and helping you navigate compliance, and troubleshooting any challenges.
Between visits, there will be virtual meetings to keep everything on track, and Michael Day will be available on-demand for advice whenever you need it.
It’s all about giving you the tools, insights, and confidence to grow your business, without the overheads or long-term obligations of in-house employment.
