Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Domestic Energy Assessment

It is a legal requirement that any property marketed for sale or to rent has a current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which provides information on the energy efficiency, heating costs and carbon emissions of the property.

It is a legal requirement that the EPC is displayed when a property is marketed for sale and is provided to the purchaser or tenant.

All EPCs must be produced by a qualified and accredited (licensed) Domestic Energy Assessor. Integra Property Services are able to carry out the inspections and produce the reports needed and carry out such work for private individuals, estate agency and lettings companies and other introducers. All inspections are handled by an experienced Chartered Surveyor. Inspections are usually carried out and certificates produced within two days (subject to access).
