About Integra
Integra Property Services was established in May 2003 and provides a range of business mentoring, business consultancy, copywriting, marketing and social media services to the property industry and direct to consumers.
In addition, as Chartered Surveyors, Registered Valuers and Domestic Energy Assessors, we provide residential valuations and produce energy performance certificates for sale or letting purposes.
The business is led by Michael Day, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and National Association of Estate Agents. Michael also holds an MBA from Reading University and is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
Michael has over 36 years residential property experience, including having been a Partner and Director in some of the UK’s most successful property businesses. In addition, he has held senior posts within the industry’s professional bodies.
Michael is a regular contributor to the trade press and a well-known and experienced speaker at industry seminars and conferences.

Testament to the success of this approach came when Integra won major property industry awards in both 2006 and 2008. In 2012 Integra have been nominated as Supplier of the Year in the ESTAS. This prestigious award is based entirely on feedback from clients.
